When the management of De Santi Fabricci decided to open a restaurant in Villa Ormaneto, it was not difficult to define the path to take. Proud of their origins and traditions, the owners have decided to focus on local cuisine, integrating it into a menu that accompanies diners on a journey to rediscover tradition.
